We are a small, specialty cake shop and limit the number of orders we take each weekend, allowing us to fully concentrate on your cake, assuring the absolute highest quality product and service.

Lisa Raffael

Our owner, Lisa Raffael is best known for her fresh, modern and innovative approach to cake design, masterfully creating stunning, one of a kind cakes for weddings and events..

Lisa is a graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, where she also taught Professional Baking in their Professional Chef’s Program, and is a graduate of Boston University School of Management. She has earned Advanced Decorating Certificates from the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Prior to founding Delicious Desserts, Lisa’s work experience included Davio’s Ristorante of Boston and The Ritz Carlton of Naples under the direction of Norman Love, world renowned chocolatier.

Almost more important to Lisa than making clients happy, is giving back.  Lisa is honored to be a Sugar Angel with ICING SMILES, a non profit organization providing cakes to critical ill children and their siblings, with a portion of all our sales going to support this great national organization.

For over 30 years, Lisa’s hard work and commitment to detail has consistently garnered her national attention, earning her scores of accolades and awards, including multiple television appearances and a movie spot!
